I\'m Nishikant Panda, and I\'m a senior leader, working for the fastest growing SaaS Fintech company, leading their information security operations globally. A proven cybersecurity leader who has enabled technology companies secure their infrastructure footprint by building and leading high-performing, high-growth information security teams. I\'ve held many leadership positions and worked in a range of firms throughout the course of my 18-year career, ranging from multi-billion dollar corporations to fledgling startups. I\'ve led teams in the development of a joint venture for one of the world\'s major telecom firms, handled acquisitions, built multiple industry-first products and technologies, and worked with nimble early-stage entrepreneurs to build the discipline from the ground up.As a information security leader, I\'ve led several critical and strategic initiatives, such as moving all internal tools to cloud (SaaS), consolidating employee operating systems, and deploying directory services, among others, all of which improved operational efficiencies while also securing the company\'s infrastructure. I\'ve integrated WAF, CASB, and DLP technologies, as well as regulatory frameworks like ISO27001 and PCI-DSS, to improve the company\'s information security posture.
