Responsibility -• Worked on the contract and fulltime/ permanent role positions.• Taking the requirements from Account manager and client• Carefully analysing the requirements as per client needs.• Send the requirements to a pool of candidates.• Check for available candidates in the internal database & search various portals and reach out to them to seek their interest.• Review the resumes thoroughly and short list suitable matches.• Coordinate the interviews for the client selected candidates and ensure the availability of the consultants for the same.• Screening of the profiles submitted by team members• Checking the visa validity, real time experience of the consultants submitted by team members• Mentoring the newly joined team members• Marinating the database of consultants, clients and vendors• Following up with the client for the feedback of submitted profiles
