Thinking differently sets disruptors apart. Sometimes it’s bold ideas that define a generation. More often, it’s a subtle noticing that something essential is missing, a conversation has drifted from what matters, or the potential for connection has yet to be realised. Disruptors are everywhere, and their ability to see what others cannot is increasingly valuable in a world where true critical thinking is quietly disappearing. Yet even disruptors can get stuck. Complexity builds. Ideas become difficult to articulate. Tried and trusted thinking patterns start to restrict rather than enable progress.
