We have the mission to create a bionic workforce for our business and technology partners by exploring, enabling and exploiting artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, cognitive computing, process optimization, workflow orchestration, data engineering, data analytics and intelligent automation at scale for countless use cases across all of the State Street business lines.~ Developed Strategic roadmap for Data Driven Decision Approach (D3A). Lead development & execution of strategic vision for Analytics/BI organization (Data Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science & Visualization).~ Improved data \'gathering\' and \'validation\' by 100% by working with Enterprise Data Governance Team (People, Process & System) and defining specific framework for Analytics/BI.~ Managed the product development of multiple analytics products including BI platform with Single Sign On & entitlements based \'Reporting Landing Page\' for all dashboards. The team redesigned 100+ reports & dashboards serving global users (Associates to SVPs) in Business, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, Transformation office, Technology, Risk, Cyber and Vendor management. Overall $8M YoY saving in development & infrastructure cost.
