With a background spanning venture-building to executive leadership roles globally, I bridge the gap between entrepreneurial agility and large-scale corporate resilience. My work centers on the transition toward \"enterprise agency\", enabling global organizations to leverage technology as a primary driver of P&L and innovation management.As CTIO and Country Board Member at Capgemini India, I lead at the intersection of business strategy and deep-tech impact for our global clients. My focus is on advancing enterprise functions and data products and shaping them into high-growth engines through the scaling of AI, Robotics, and Applied Design.To institutionalize this impact, I architected and built the cross-industry teams, from VPs to SMEs functionally native to their respective domains, that now serve as the Group’s strategic interface for our clients\' C-Suite, Big Tech, and global analysts.
