Deliver Finance transformation projects, including current state assessments, GAP and maturity analysis, Chart of Accounts redesign, and rationalization.• Define automation strategies and manage program delivery to enhance process efficiency, reduce cycle times, and drive down operational costs.• Implement end-to-end re-engineering solutions across Finance & Accounting and other support functions, leveraging tools such as Python, AI, SharePoint, Power BI, DAX, VBA, and Tableau.• Design and establish a Robotics Centre of Excellence (CoE) to support GBS customer requirements and foster scalable automation capabilities.• Track and report the value generated by Captive Centres to the CHC Opella organization, providing detailed reports to GBS leadership, Captive Management, and Service Line directors. • Spearhead the automation and digitization initiatives for Core Model processes, coordinating with key stakeholders to develop, monitor, and implement the strategic roadmap.• Ensure effective technology selection to support informed decision-making, enabling cost optimization and improved service delivery.• Partner with GBS and directors to ensure automation and digitization projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Work closely with Global Service Line Heads to develop standardized KPI reporting templates.• Communicate Captive Centre performance, including end-to-end process efficiency and total cost of ownership (TCO), to key stakeholders.• Collaborate with ITS teams to evaluate and validate technology solutions, ensuring alignment with GBS objectives, including the deployment of digital collaboration platforms.
