As Co-founder, CTO, and COO of CampusDine, I drive both the technical vision and the operational backbone of our full-stack food-tech platform, built exclusively for closed residential campuses. Starting from IIT Delhi, my goal is to seamlessly integrate our unified tech ecosystem with on-ground execution, connecting messes, canteens, and night outlets to make campus dining more accessible, efficient, and student-centric.I oversee the entire product lifecycle alongside day-to-day logistics, ensuring platform stability and flawless fulfillment. During our 25-day pilot at IIT Delhi, I managed the backend systems and operational workflows that enabled 3 vendors (operating from 8 PM to 4 AM) to process over 400 orders—including 155 direct deliveries. Our infrastructure seamlessly supported the organic, student-driven demand, facilitating in sales without downtime or major service bottlenecks.Balancing technology and operations, I architected the foundational tech stack while simultaneously building the SOPs for order handling and vendor integration. I developed automated delivery workflows and optimized routing across hostels and academic zones. By implementing real-time performance tracking and analyzing student feedback data, I continuously iterate on both our digital user experience and our physical service quality.Currently, as we finalize discussions with IIT Delhi for an official rollout, I am scaling our technical and operational frameworks to support our aggressive expansion: reaching 7 campuses by April 2027 and 16 by April 2028. I am also developing the supply chain architecture and backend capabilities needed for our upcoming initiatives, including B2B raw material logistics for vendors, affordable food hotspots, and integrated delivery systems for corporate and institutional catering.
