ABOUT NISHA VYAS

I help leaders lead with clarity, confidence, and humanity, especially when the pressure is high and the stakes are real.My work is shaped by a career spent in elite sport, global organisations, and leadership development, and by a deep belief that sustainable success only happens when people are supported as whole human beings. I work internationally with leaders and teams who want to perform at a high level while staying aligned with their values.Before becoming a coach, I worked in the world of football and major international events, including IMG - Club Wembley on behalf of The FA, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, and as FIFA Services Manager during the London 2012 Olympic Games. These environments taught me how leadership really shows up under pressure - through calm decision-making, emotional intelligence, accountability, and trust.Since transitioning into coaching in 2018, I’ve built an international practice working with organisations and individuals across sport, media, corporate, and public sectors. Clients have included- FIFA, the Premier League, The FA, Sky, Women in Football, UNITAR, and sports associations in Saudi Arabia. Deloitte, Google, and Apple. My work spans: • Executive and leadership coaching • Workshops for large commercial and leadership teams • Staff development and leadership programmes • Confidence and empowerment workshops, including work with underprivileged womenAt the heart of my work is relationship and trust. I create spaces where people feel safe enough to reflect, brave enough to be challenged, and supported enough to grow.
