About Nisha Shahul Hameed

I\'m an Applied scientist at Microsoft, passionate about leading technically challenging projects, building Agentic systems, fine-tuning LLMs using domain knowledge and empowering our products using the power of AI. I’m the Technical Lead of a Windows Defender service that helps in protecting customers from network-based cyber attacks.(Jan 2022-Current)My background is in Computer Science, Data Science, AI and Machine Learning. My biggest assets are my ability to communicate with people, and driving an idea to execution in a fast but scalable way. My current go-to technologies are Python, Azure Machine learning, Azure Data Factory, SQL etc. I’m very passionate about learning new things, enjoy teaching kids in my free time, and truly believe that education can change the world. I’m also currently attempting to learn French through Alliance Française!
