ABOUT NISHANT PARMAR

I’m a category operations and business development professional with experience in scaling new verticals from the ground up—across both industrial and financial domains. My work blends execution with ownership, covering everything from supply chain and import planning to stakeholder management and client acquisition.In my previous role, I was part of the founding team for a new product category, where I established end-to-end operations from scratch, including setting up supply chain workflows across major Indian ports. I built the import and distribution framework, designed SOPs for national and international trade, and onboarded vendors, CHAs, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution. I also led regional expansion, enabled pan-India delivery capability, and collaborated with internal teams to scale sustainably. On the business side, I supported key client acquisition, initiated cross-border trade, and played a key role in positioning the category as one of the top players in its segment.Currently, I manage institutional client relationships in the financial services sector, advising CXOs on fund strategies while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. This dual exposure to operations and front-end business development gives me a 360° view of what it takes to grow a category sustainably.I enjoy working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments where building systems, solving problems, and owning outcomes are part of everyday execution.
