Construction Engineering Manager with 14+ years of experience delivering complex metro, bridge, and viaduct infrastructure across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. My work is centered on construction methods, segmental bridge systems, temporary works, and erection engineering—particularly in technically demanding, high-risk environments where engineering decisions directly influence safety, constructability, and project outcomes.I bring end-to-end construction-engineering experience, spanning tender and pre-construction engineering, method development, system design and verification, regulatory approvals, and execution support. I have worked closely with EPC contractors, consultants, and owner’s teams to translate design intent into buildable, reliable erection strategies, and to resolve constructability and interface risks before they reach site.A significant part of my career has focused on erection engineering for elevated metro and bridge structures—the most critical and failure-prone phase of such projects. Through roles with L&T (India), the ANM Consortium on the Riyadh Metro, and later with BBE Solutions in Malaysia, I developed deep expertise in the engineering, validation, and execution support of launching gantries, beam launchers, segment lifters, and form travelers. This exposure has given me a strong understanding of how erection systems behave under real site constraints, and how engineering rigor at this stage can make or break schedule, safety, and commercial performance.Across these roles, I have operated in lean, high-responsibility environments, working across disciplines and geographies to close technical gaps, support approvals, and stabilize complex construction operations. I am most effective in positions that require structured problem-solving, clarity of engineering judgment, and ownership of construction risk, particularly within methods, temporary works, and erection engineering functions.Alongside my core construction-engineering background, I have a growing interest in technology-enabled and digital approaches to construction engineering—especially where tools, automation, or data can improve method development, visualization, and execution reliability on complex infrastructure projects.
