Nishanth Raymond Andrews Devaraj As a talented international professional with years of progressive accomplishments initiating, implementing and documenting process improvements in various production areas in order to control processes and waste, increase throughput, improve quality, and reduce variation, I routinely recommend improvement projects. I have implemented innovative efficient procedures for changeover that reduced cycling time among other projects. Furthermore, I have played a critical role in creating and analyzing plant layers in multidisciplinary teams utilizing tools such as Auto Cad. Being a self-motivated individual who has worked in multiple industries. I possess superior analytical skills and expertise in lean manufacturing tools such as OEE, 5S, ABC, Kanban, and PDCA. Additionally I am thoroughly versed and experienced in software such as Auto CAD, Pro E, MS Office, and more. My other specialties include Data Analysis Process Improvement Regression Analysis Statistical Analysis / Process Control Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Continuous Improvement Business Analysis Furthermore my dedication to excellence is unmatched as evidenced by my multiple awards for engineering projects, early completion of a degree, and outstanding academic achievement during both my Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and Master’s in Industrial Engineering programs and advanced expertise in industrial development and strategic approaches. I dedicate my spare time to helping my community and have a particular passion for environmental issues. Most recently I have been volunteering with the Concordia greenhouse to help ensure the gardens are in peak condition for visitors.
