The motivation of this work is to develop a portable and low- cost wind mill which can meet the low voltage power demands of electronic communication devices like battery banks, smart phones.Additionally, wind energy is entirely renewable and will never run out. In opposition to traditional fossil fuel resources that replenish very slowly, wind naturally occurs in our atmosphere, and we don\'t have to worry about supply issues in the future.
