I am a dedicated and skilled professional with a passion for technology and problem-solving. With a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering, I have developed a strong foundation in programming languages such as Java, C, and C++.Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working in a variety of roles within the technology industry. I started my career as a Technical Specialist for a gaming website known as Roblox Corporation. In this role, I was responsible for providing technical support to clients and resolving conflicts.I had utilised Zendesk as a CRM to manage up to 200 client contacts per day and maintained consistent metrics with regard to client satisfaction and quality assurance. I have also utilized Jira for Bug Reporting/Tracking.After gaining experience as a Technical Specialist, I have transitioned to a new role as a Recruitment Coordinator at ETech Global Services, where I currently works. In this role, I manages and pre-screens international candidates for multiple roles within the organization. I reviews CVs and conducts interviews to find the right fit for the position.In addition to my professional experiences, I am pursuing a Master\'s in Business Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University. I am also an active volunteer with an NGO called PRABUDDH SEWA SANSTHAN, where I serves as the head volunteer. I am passionate about giving back to his community and enjoys volunteering my time whenever possible.I have a variety of strengths that make me an asset to any team. I have excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate with clients and colleagues alike. I am also confident, sincere, punctual, and hardworking. I am a team player and can easily get socialized in a group.Outside of work and volunteer activities, I enjoys traveling, reading books, playing games, listening to music, and team-building activities.
