   Currently working on two teams OS upgrade and BAU.• As a team lead, we have successfully completed 2008 & 2012 OS upgrade project.• Provisioning & configuring Hyper V host from OS, Switches, NIC teaming etc.• Performing ESXi host patching, upgrade & provision a new ESXi host.• Responsible for upgrading all Windows servers running on WS 2016 to WS 2019 & WS2022 OS.• Taking end-to-end responsibility for doing server cutovers and In-Place upgrades(IPU) as per Microsoft standards.• Creating and deleting VMs on VMware ESXi hosts and managing its clones andsnapshots as per the requirement.• Installing SCCM client and checking the complaints while installing patches.• Troubleshooting on Windows Hyper–V 2012,2016 & 2019 host level.• Dell hardware firmware upgrade and hardware version R720, R620, R630 etc.• Set up file shares on file servers and assigned permissions, Managed user securityand distribution groups in Active Directory.• Worked on ticket tool Service Now in incident, change, and problem management.• Performing Clones, Snapshots, Hot and Cold migrations.• Excellent skill in migrating Physical to Virtual (P2V) and Virtual to Virtual (V2V)servers using VMware standalone Converter.• Project is planning for migration to Private cloud so initial testing progress onbuilding the servers in Nutanix environment.
