I am a Civil EIT in the Water group in one of Stantec\'s three Chicago offices. I am mostly contributing to our Alternative Water Source Program, which is a large drinking water infrastructure program that will serve the residents of Joliet, Illinois, and five other nearby suburbs with clean Lake Michigan water starting in 2030. I have also worked on a blowers replacement project at three of the North Shore Water Reclamation District\'s wastewater treatment facilities, improving their first and second-stage aeration processes.

Hello! My name is Nishanth Reddy, and I am a Civil Engineer-in-Training at Stantec in Chicago. I have experience in construction inspection for all three types of water utilities, lead service line design, stormwater site design, and a variety of both design and management tasks for a large-diameter drinking water infrastructure program.I graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering. I have since passed my F.E. exam and obtained my EIT certification. I will be taking my P.E. exam soon and am pursuing my P.E. license.
