Also, represented the Bank before various legal forums across India, including Labour Commissioners, Labour Courts/CGITs, etc.2. Drafted written representations in all disputes against the Bank before Labour Commissioners nationwide, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality submissions, thus reducing reliance on external legal services.3. Drafted responses to statutory and advocate notices received by the Bank.4. Provided strategic advice to the relevant stakeholders of the Bank on compliance with state and central labor and employment laws and regulations.5. Assisted in drafting employment agreements and workplace policies in collaboration with the HR Department of the Bank.6. Conducted research and provided inputs for internal investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct, harassment, etc,offering recommendations for resolution and risk mitigation.7. Developed and delivered training programs for Bank employees on topics including sexual harassment prevention and HR Policy compliance.8. Advised relevant stakeholders on workforce management issues, including employee discipline and termination, while minimizing legal risks and exposures.
