   Worked for E&P Client like ONGC,BG Shell,Cairn Energy,Reliance Energy Limited,HOEC in Offshore(Jack up & Semisubmersible) & Onshore rigs.Worked in Mumbai Offshore,KG Basin,Gulf of Kutch,Assam,Barmer & Jaisalmer Basin.Worked in Deep and Shallow Offshore & Onshore Wells.Experience in Synthetic Oil Based Fluids & Water Based Fluids (Bentonite gel and KCL-Polymer and PHPA-Glycol and Salt water brine).Having exposure of HTHP wells with water based and oil based mud system,completion fluid.Preparation & Conditioning of Drilling fluids in accordance with well plan and or as advised by Drilling Engineer. Monitoring and maintaining drilling fluid properties as per drilling fluids program.Testing and analyzing of well fluids in accordance with client’s instruction and defined requirements.Record and report daily drilling fluids properties.Implementation co-ordination to total fluids management.Daily inventory of the chemicals and fluid volume accounting.The appropriate segregation and safe Disposal of chemical waste in accordance as procedures and instructions.Preparing and updating entire well operation summary report at the end of well.Implemented best practices in operations meeting stringent quality standards and client expectations.
