Ensure drivers and UEFI/BIOS levels and configurations are certified.Develop and document architectural design for endpoint hardware (both physical andvirtual) and OS configurations.Perform secure baseline image creation and tailoring of Windows and Mac OS systemimages from a common core baseline.Support application packaging, deployments, documentation, and release control in anenterprise environment.Validate that each image meets requirements and internal quality guidelines.Ensure images load without errors and completely in all supported scenarios (e.g,Vendor staging, DMA, bare metal reimage, USB drive, network).Maintain and install computer networks.Administer and design LANs/WANs and internet/intranet networks.Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve all network-related problems.Handle dispa
