Commissioning & Maintenance of PLC/DCS/SCADA (Siemens/ABB), LT Motor, MCC & Panels, VFD.Erection, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, Maintenance of all kinds of field instruments such as Level, Pressure, Temperature, Flow, PH meter, Transmitters, Actuators, Control valves and various kinds/make of sensors, transducers and Switches based on latest technologies.Making of IO list, termination details, cable laying schedule etc. Maintenance of equipment like Weigh Feeders, Belt Weigher, Crushers, Compressors, Chillers, Ball Mill, Rod Mill, Crushers, All Jig, All flux, WHIMS, Liq. Incinerator etc.Plan the need and feasibility of additions, modifications and alteration to existing system. Maintaining the calibration reports, history cards and other documents as per ISO. Plant day to day activities & daily analysis of delays and take necessary actions to upkeep performance of all KPI of the section.Maintaining the calibration reports, history cards and other documents as per ISO. Implement Maintenance system and set of procedures for all activities related to maintenance, like TBM, CBM, Root Cause Analysis, HIRA and Kaizen etc? Planning & Coordination of Shut Down activities. Ensure spares are at optimum level and are of good quality and good make. Compliance to safety norms And Maintain and improve safe working condition in the related area. Prepare SOP for the related areas Ensure implementation of positive isolation. Having knowledge of SAP PM, & conversant with general HSE guidelines of industry/fire & safety systems? Maintain quality systems like ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015
