Head of engineering operation and oversee development of the product as well as professional services projects in AgilePoint overseas offices in over 10 countries. AgilePoint NX Low Code Platform designed by my team under my supervision has been rated as a leader in Forrester Low Code Wave Report and also included in Gartner Magic Quadrant for last 14 years as one of the leading low code BPMS products in the world. I have led multi-million dollar product development projects on time, on budget with quality. Product is used by 65+ millions of users in companies. I Inspired technical teams, leading with focused vision, developing short- and long-term strategies. Grew the team size by 150 and was responsible of setting up few regional offices. I have been conducting annual analyst briefings for all major analysts like Gartner and Forrester for past many years and led the whole evaluation process. I am responsible for defining the product road map. I am a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Application Developer (MCTS + MCPD) and Salesforce Certified Developer and have worked on architecture and design of new features in the product and for enterprise level projects for Low-Code BPM clients. I had designed the entire REST and WCF interface for the product as well as the authentication system for the product using Microsoft OWIN Framework to integrate product with Salesforce, Windows Azure AD, ADFS 2.0 etc. I lead the effort for cloud enabling the whole product and expose it as a hosted service in Amazon and Windows Azure, architected the Office 365 app, Salesforce app and mobile apps for iOS, Windows Phone and Android, Integrated AgilePoint Low-Code BPMS suite with all new product lines from Microsoft as well as 85+ third party products like SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive etc. As part of my role, I provide architectural guidance to more than 100 consultants working in my team all over the world.
