G+P6+50 storey of 2 high rise residential towers & extended podiums with infrastructure development.• Responsible for overall progress of the Project.• Co-ordinating, meeting & timely follow up with Architects, RCC & MEP consultants for GFC drawings for smooth transition of project.• Daily, weekly and monthly planning with contractors for meeting deadlines.• Material indent, planning and monthly material stock report.• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials at site.• Maintaining Progress reports and hurdles faced on site.• Monitoring the ongoing activities and work schedules.• Monitoring the material wastage as per IS standards.• Preparing comparision reports, recommendation sheets with billing and accounts dept.• Preparing reconciliation and wastage reports with QS team to monitor the required material for further activities and check the wastage of materials.• Looking after all the excavation, foundation, RCC, concreting works etc.• Checking and maintaining records of contractors work with checklists as per IS Standards.• Arranging architect, RCC and MEP consultants checking before slab casting and rectifying all the points given by consultant before casting.• Checking the material quality of Steel, concrete, door frames, bricks, blocks, tiles etc and maintaining MTC of all materials for records.• Solving contractors issues and maintaining smooth progress of site.• Addressing the challenges and issues to the senior staff and management faced by the site team.• Monitoring and following all the safety norms for all the labours on site to prevent any minor or major accidents.• Looking after all the infrastructure development such as STP, UG & Fire tanks, Rainwater harvesting, storm water drains, road developments etc.
