About Nishant Sharma
A storyteller/teacher who owned a company for 3 years, I have worked with multiple cross-functional teams over a career spanning aver 9.5 years (including a year-long internship in industry). I am enthusiastic about the field of education and still mentor young students to learn on their own. I wish to bring some consistency in academic content and its classroom delivery. In the past 4 years, I have majorly focused on digitizing questions and tests, tagging each of them to appropriate learning outcomes as prescribed by different curricula. I have used these questions to assess learner\'s abilities in detail. Thanks to my technical aptitude, I have built some no-code tools for my classes to work the best. I am great at error handling, doing quality checks, and giving constructive & objective feedback. I have worked in, and led, a variety of teams with all kinds of people, and can discuss teaching and content related stuff at length. I am also a bit of an artist (on the side), and love to write songs, poems, stories and essays, in my free time.
