To understand the functioning of basic equipments like pumps, exchangers, heaters, distillation columns, compressors, safety valves,etc. To implement new innovations in the already running processes which will increase the efficiency and productivity of the process. To undergo parallel training regarding safety training, instrumentation and process control training, mechanical and electrical operating training and firefighting training. To implement new proposals in the assigned projects regarding the particular process of the plant.
