   MindTickle is a next generation sales readiness software, which helps business standardize and scale their sales enablement and coaching processes to build a highly productive sales team. I am responsible to - Drive product vision, strategy and roadmap- Conceptualize and build a global product which serves both mid-size and large enterprise customers- Plan product launch- Decrease time to market and improve product quality- Work with customers and data team to refine the product experience- Work closely with customer success to ensure that a healthy customer engagement and retention and to minimize customer churn- Work closely with the PM, design, engineering and QA team to ensure that we deliver product with user experience as the core focus- Supervise MindTickle customer advisory board- Supervise Analyst relationships. Few Accomplishments- Quickly iterated and tested multiple MVPs to arrive at a product-market fit, with disruptive product offering in an underserved market with $5B + market cap- Build the product and design team ground up- Lead partnership initiatives with Sales Asset Management softwares like Seismic and Highspot.
