Nishant is a proactive and analytical individual with a strong synergy of problem-solving skills. He is a product of the premier schools of business and engineering in India. He is currently pursuing a full-time MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. In this program, he has served as the Placement coordinator, where he was responsible for strategizing and organizing campus placements for PGPBL\'23, and was a founding member of the flagship business conclave,\"Business Leadership Conclave.\" Nishant has also won several national case studies focused on strategy, marketing, and product management, and has completed live and academic projects focused on strategy and M&A.Before his MBA, Nishant worked with Alstom India Limited for nearly 5 years in the mobility sector, gaining a deep understanding of the value chain and project life cycle for heavy industry. In his roles as project manager, in-house consultant, and tender manager, he worked on multiple bid/pricing strategies, growth strategies, and revenue enhancement projects. As an in-house consultant, he recommended and oversaw the implementation of various cost optimization and digital transformation projects, helping the company to open new long-term avenues in the mobility sector.As a mechanical engineer from the Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, Nishant has a keen interest in consulting, M&A, latest technologies, data analytics, and business strategy.
