A passionate Product/ Project Manager with a strong analytical mindset in the IT industry, helping clients execute their projects within the expected timeframe, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as developers, testers, and business users, ensuring everyone is synchronised during the initiation stage of the project.My majorly work involves creating a product roadmap, documenting product requirements, and providing innovative solutions to the business users who are stuck at a complex stage of the project.I leverage my years of experience in Excel to do Vlookup in order to map the data to form reports, SQL to maintain the relational database, update the data in the database, using JOINS to merge data columns from different tables, and using a data visualisation tool like Power BI, turning complex data into a visualisation dashboard.As a Product/Project manager, I have handled complex projects like API integration in an Insurance software for Aditya Birla, conducting UAT testing with the users, supporting the developers with the requirements by coordinating with the users to ensure a seamless execution of the project, and gathering feedback from the users for understanding their pain points during the project.I am responsible for leading a team from the initiation to the closure of the project, ensuring that everyone is completing the task at the given time. Attending workshops, providing inputs on whether the project needs to be carried out either in Agile or Waterfall methodology.Updating the Kanban board, using Jira for monitoring every project, and scheduling weekly stand-ups with the business users to provide updates of the ongoing projects.
