Plan procurement activities based on inventory levels, production schedules, and demand forecasts.Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. Maintain accurate records of transactions and agreements. Review, and finalize contracts, ensuring clarity on terms such as warranties, returns, and penalties for non-compliance. Ensures efficient and effective collaboration between cross functional teams and external CM’s & 3PL services providers. Responsible for shipped in-full and on-time performance for each PO line order (ETD) Regular coordinating with freight & transport team along with LSP\'s for quotation for Road vehicle placement. New routes analysis for cost effective & quick delivery & working with TMS team for real time tracking and route analysis. Keep records of regular changes in global customs Conducts RCA and implements corrective actions for service/ operational failure like Demurrage charges, wrong shipments etc. Create, collate, and distribute shipping documentation to all logistics partners to enable successful on-time collection, shipment and delivery of goods to the destination warehouse.Creating PO through Ariba and responsible for valid GR upon confirmation on market. if there\'s any damage deduction for the same.
