Role OverviewAs a Building Automation Systems(BAS/BMS) Engineer remotely supporting all regions in the United States, I design, configure, program, and commission HVAC and auxiliary controls in critical facilities like hospitals, schools & universities, courthouses, banks, and commercial high‑rises.Core Responsibilities:1. Develop control logic & software programs for chillers, boilers, mixed‑air and 100% outside‑air AHUs, single and dual‑duct VAVs, fan powered VAVs, fan‑coil units, radiant‑floor heating units, exhaust fans, duct‑mounted coils, and miscellaneous controls.2. Lead software kickoff meetings to gather customer requirements, define project standards, and issue RFIs with alternative solutions.3. Coordinate with cross‑functional design teams (hardware, software & graphic engineers) for delivering high quality deliverables. Conduct release meetings for post‑project review sessions with clients to demonstrate system performance, validate acceptance tests, and ensure software meets all operational requirements.5. Perform remote commissioning which includes point to point testing, system functional testing, trend analysis for sequence optimization, troubleshoot field‑reported issues & implement corrective control strategies.6.
