ABOUT NISHANG LINGALWAR

As a Python Developer in the IT industry, I specialize in data analytics, machine learning-based address matching, and large-scale database optimization. My work involves developing efficient data processing pipelines and improving address-matching accuracy using ML algorithms and optimization techniques. Previously, I gained diverse experience through multiple internships: At Mahindra & Mahindra, I worked on manufacturing and quality control, where I designed and prototyped a glove dispensing machine to enhance assembly line efficiency. As an HVAC Intern at BASE4, I contributed to designing efficient ductwork layouts for U.S-based malls using Revit and TRACE. During my time at Astrotech India as a Software Engineering Intern, I developed a user-friendly travel website with an interactive itinerary map. I also built a companion Android app, integrating geospatial data to dynamically generate and display travel itineraries. Throughout my career, I have worked on several impactful projects, including-Address Matching using Machine Learning & LSH, leveraging Python, ML, and Locality-Sensitive Hashing (LSH) to improve accuracy and scalability-RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Application for Address Data, where I used LangChain, Gemini AI, and database management to enhance data retrieval-Guiding System for the Visually Impaired, integrating Arduino, IoT, and C programming for navigation assistance-Glove Dispensing Machine for Manufacturing Units, applying mechanical design, prototyping, and automation to optimize industrial processes-Structural Analysis of an ATV for SAE BAJA, utilizing ANSYS, FEA, and CAD for structural simulation and performance enhancement. I have a strong technical foundation in Python, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Ionic, Arduino, IoT.
