Student Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including enrolment information, grades, attendance, and academic progress. Course Scheduling: Collaborate with academic departments to develop and coordinate the schedule of classes, ensuring a balanced and efficient course offering each semester. Registration Process: Oversee the student registration process, including organizing registration periods, managing online registration systems, and assisting students with course selection and registration-related inquiries. Academic Policies and Procedures: Stay informed about institutional policies, procedures, and academic regulations, and provide guidance and interpretation to students, faculty, and staff regarding these policies. University Coordination - Monitor students’ progress toward meeting graduation requirements, review degree audit reports, and communicate with students regarding their eligibility for graduation and share the updated records with Partner University. Transcript Evaluation: Evaluate transfer credits and transcript requests to determine course equivalencies and ensure accurate transfer of credits for incoming and outgoing students. Data Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on student enrollment, course offerings, graduation rates, and other relevant data to support institutional planning and decision-making. Technology and Systems Management: Utilize student information systems and other relevant technologies to manage student records, facilitate registration processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate and timely information.
