I work at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and supply chains, helping climate-tech products move from prototype to manufacturing-ready systems and into scalable, low-carbon supply chains.At Hubl Logistics, I work in procurement and manufacturing operations for CoolRun, an innovative temperature-controlled logistics solution designed to eliminate the need for refrigerated vehicles. I played a central role in scaling the product from early prototypes toward volume production - sourcing and onboarding suppliers, negotiating commercial terms, managing manufacturing partners, and aligning technical requirements with operational reality.My work focuses on building robust, sustainable supply chains, ensuring supplier readiness, and coordinating across engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to de-risk scale-up. Additionally, I supported fundraising activities helping Hubl to close pre-seed and seed round funding, raise funds through grants along with managing emissions quantification frameworks, helping validate both the commercial and environmental impact of the technology.
