I\'m Nishalini, a native of Salem, currently on the exciting journey of pursuing my final year in Chemical Engineering at Paavai Engineering College, Namakkal (Autonomous). My educational foundation was laid at Sri Sarada Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Salem.With a current CGPA of 8.91, I\'ve immersed myself in the world of chemical engineering with a innovation and sustainability. My passion for technology extends beyond engineering. I hold Diplomas in Computer Application and Computerized Financial Accounting, enhancing my skill set with a digital edge. During my academic journey, I had the privilege to serve as a Campus Ambassador at Techfest, IIT Bombay, where I honed my networking and leadership skills. Additionally, I\'ve gained valuable hands-on experience through internships in various chemical-based industries such as SAIL, ICL and I Completed my internships in Taiwan at \"ASIA UNIVERSITY\" under the title of \"Creative and cultural industries\" which is fueling my enthusiasm for innovation. One of my proudest achievements is presenting research papers at Sathyabama Institution, where I delved into the fascinating world of \"Composite Materials made from Waste Tyre\" and the transformative potential of \"Waste PET Bottles Converted into Paint\" and also this paper it will be presented in at the \"MINISTRY OF MICRO, SMALL & MEDIUM ENTERPRISES\"(MSME) women hackathon. currently I\'m doing a project on \"synthesis of biodegradable rice husk based on cushion material\" demonstrating my commitment to eco-friendly solutions. As a fast learner, I thrive on challenges and am dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what\'s possible in the realm of chemical engineering and technology. I\'m eager to connect with like-minded professionals and explore opportunities that allow me to contribute my knowledge and skills to innovative projects. I think this can be the perfect opportunity for me to gain new skills and improve my Industrial knowledge and experiences.
