Identity is the new perimeter. And with the rise of agentic AI, it\'s becoming the most complex security challenge organizations have ever faced.For 20+ years, I have built and led enterprise identity security programs that protect not just human identities, but the systems, machines, and increasingly — autonomous AI agents — that operate within and across enterprise environments. As AI agents begin making decisions, accessing resources, and acting on behalf of users and organizations, the identity security stakes have never been higher.My work spans the full identity lifecycle — from architecture and platform modernization to privileged access governance, behavioral threat detection, and 24x7 global operations. I have led transformative IAM programs at Synchrony Financial, EY, SMBC, and Children\'s Hospital of Philadelphia, building identity ecosystems that are resilient, auditable, and aligned to Zero Trust principles.As agentic AI reshapes how work gets done, I believe identity security must evolve in parallel — governing non-human identities with the same rigor applied to workforce access, extending least-privilege principles to AI agent entitlements, and detecting anomalous behavior across human and machine identity planes. This is the frontier where IAM strategy, cybersecurity architecture, and AI governance converge — and it is where I focus my energy.I bring deep expertise in IGA, PAM, cloud identity, and behavioral analytics, combined with a track record of advising CISOs and executive leadership on identity risk, platform investment, and emerging threat vectors.
