My core responsibilities include:• Release offer letters for full-time, contractual employees (FTEs) across India using Ripple Hire, ESS, and offline processes.• Handle the preparation and release of confidential offer letters for senior-level hires.• Manage end-to-end offer release for interns, campus hires and special hiring programs including Velocity Internship and Re-ignite Programme.• Generate and share appointment letters of upcoming joiners with internal stakeholders to support seamless onboarding.• Maintain accurate joiners data in MIS and deliver reports to HR for internal use on daily and weekly basis.• Perform data transfers in Ripple Hire and ESS.• Generate employee IDs in SAP for FTEs, contractual employees, and interns.• Handle departmental and location transfers with timely issuance of transfer letters.• Update employee records in SAP, including personal, educational, professional, and contact details along with timely resolution of employee tickets within SLA.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless onboarding, data integrity, and employee lifecycle management.
