HRIS SME lead for new ERP globalscheduling software implementation Lead change agent for global scheduling by driving common processes and practices across the firm and making sure that technologies are being effectively utilized.This role contributes to the health and success of the firm by knowing our business priorities and proactively collaborating with Service Line Leaders to identify and implement solutions that ensure we have the right talent, structure and processes in place to serve our clients.Work closely with Service Line Leadership to establish consistent, automated and effective deployment processes for all Service Lines.Part of the HR leadership team, interact and have relationships with Firm Leadership to inform priorities.This role plays a role in M&A integration planning and execution.Consistently determine global workforce staffing levels and technical requirements.Leverage data to develop, implement and automate a Resource Management dashboard for use by Resource Management, Service Line and Firm Leadership.Provide coaching and support to Resource Management Colleagues, Service Line Leaders and other Firm Leadership on employee relations, performance management or other colleague-related issues.Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and EisnerAmper University to influence the design, development, and implementation of colleague strategies and new or recurring programs.Work closely with Resource Management Colleagues and Service Line Leaders to understand what attracts and retains our colleagues; develop and execute effective strategies.Lead Global RM team on day to day operations
