About Nisha Shetty

Education, teaching, and learning fascinated me right from the time I played teacher and forced anyone who would care to play my student. The fascination grew when I was nurtured by some inspiring teachers and professors who embodied simple living and noble thinking. The fascination turned to love when I took my first job teaching some of the coolest folks who in turn taught me a thing or two about life and learning. Exploring the world of education further, I stumbled into e-learning and even before I realised it I was in for life. It\'s been over 17 years of being an instructional and learning designer. A journey of learning by doing - developing content, storyboards, scripts; designing courses, curricula, solutions for a range of projects across educational and corporate domains; liaising with the Pre-sales, Sales and Delivery teams, clients, SMEs, and vendors; learning from and brainstorming with some of the best minds of this industry. The journey continues and I look forward to continuing it each day.
