About Nisha Ramchandani

A communications professional with experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Strategy and Development, CSR Communications, Content Writing and Management, Internal Communications and Startup Outreach. I started my career with (Progeon) Infosys BPO, under the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) wing and soon after moved to Edelman India, a global PR Agency in 2008. Over nine years at various PR Agencies, I led communications mandates for key brands in the Corporate, Consumer and Healthcare sectors in Bangalore. Examples: Bosch India, Bosch Power Tools, Narayana Health, ITC Foods, Quess Corp, AstraZeneca and many others. I am passionate about building a ground’s-up communication strategy for brands and startups and executing it using various communication tools and mediums. In my current role, as Manager Outreach at Axilor Ventures and Head of Internal Communications at Innovations and The Tamara Leisure Experiences, I have built the communications strategy for an early stage seed fund and also built the Internal Communications practice for a family office that has over 14 different entities (into hospitality, education, retail, philanthropy etc.) I have been running a passion project for two years called – Zoom-Out, where I write about trends affecting the Future of Work.
