My experience includes; • Drive Incident mitigations and be accountable for decisions relating to service recovery. • Address incoming critical escalations executives and/or key customers, and coordinate responses often across multiple teams, to facilitate Swift and effective resolution of those situations. • Handling incidents and/or critical incidents on Technical and Non Technical issues. • Lead cross-functional post-incident process reviews to ensure continuous improvement of operations and executions, enabling the delivery of post incident reports to customers and stakeholders. • On boarding the financial market products on LSEG products like EIKON, DSS etc. • Maintaining strong relationships with Banks/Brokers who are suppliers of OTC market content. • Realtime data analysis and monitoring the updates for various foreign exchange and money markets instruments like currency spots, cross currency, forwards, currency swaps and so on. • Interacting with stakeholders in ASIA, EMEA, RAM. • Providing knowledge transfer to new joiners, assisting on daily work activities and monitoring the work daily.
