I’m a results-focused Project Manager with over five years’ experience leading digital transformation and software implementation projects across the pensions, insurance, fintech, and supply chain sectors.At Lumera, I’ve been involved in delivering Lumera’s first UK core platform implementation, supporting a major master trust’s transition to a modern, automated, and scalable administration solution. I’ve also led complex enterprise programmes across the UAE and Africa, managing cross-functional teams and steering committees to deliver high-value outcomes.Previously, I delivered pensions and payroll system implementations for government and private sector clients, successfully recovering delayed projects, mitigating risks, and establishing Agile delivery frameworks.
