Worked towards meeting vehicle targets within program milestone timelines. Worked on passenger cars specifically for Mid & Full Size SUV. Involved in setting up and Integrate Trimmed Structure Model & Full Vehicle for NVH Simulations. Experience in Integrating Chassis and Suspension subsystems for various drive platforms like FWD, RWD & AWD for various vehicle types like ICE, BEV & PHEV. Brief experience in Sensitivity analysis like DPDS, Floor Vibration and Spindle PoF, Road Loads like Rough Road Vibration and Road Noise, Structure Borne Noise using Actran for Mid Frequency Assessment and ERP or Panel Participation Analysis for Interior Noise. Exposure in Topology Optimization to develop design solutions to address NVH issues. Work closely with vehicle development teams & design teams to identify and resolve issues and optimize the structure for acoustics/weight/cost.
