From lead generation to on‑site campaigns, I ensure our internal teams are positioned to capture opportunities the moment they emerge.Externally, I cultivate relationships with builders, developers, property managers, and site‑level teams, transforming early CMA introductions into long‑term strategic partnerships. I drive programs that amplify lead flow, enhance move‑in experiences, strengthen brand presence, and increase Rogers’ penetration across new construction portfolios. At the heart of my work is a simple philosophy: strong relationships, smart strategy, and relentless execution win markets. I bring these together to help Rogers dominate the NHC landscape, one development at a time.
