ABOUT NISAR AHMAD KHAN

I am a Senior BIM & Digital Construction Professional with over 8 years of experience delivering residential and commercial projects across India, the Middle East, the US, and the UK. My core strength lies in integrating BIM, Lean Construction, and Digital Construction Management to support efficient, coordinated, and constructible project delivery.I have worked on a wide range of large-scale and complex developments, including stadiums, data centers, malls, airports, and high-rise residential projects. My experience spans both on-site and offshore project execution, allowing me to effectively align design intent with construction realities.With over 2 years of international on-site experience in Dubai, I have closely collaborated with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams to implement Lean-driven digital workflows, improve coordination, reduce waste, and mitigate construction risks at early stages.My responsibilities in Digital Construction Management include BIM Execution Planning (ISO 19650), model-based coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, 4D/5D support, and data-driven decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. I am particularly focused on applying Lean Construction principles such as standardization, early problem resolution, and continuous improvement using BIM and digital tools.I am passionate about leveraging digital and Lean methodologies to enhance project predictability, efficiency, and overall construction performance.
