Primary responsibilities include providing senior management with the analysis to assist with operational, financial and strategic decisions. This includes assisting in the overall coordination of budgeting and reforecasting to drive financial planning processes. Also involved in identifying and analyzing strategies related to sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and supplier quality activities-Manage $18.9M in OPEX and $43M in CAPEX, and headcount to support forecasting process -Analyze periodic financial results to budget Prior Year and forecasts -Perform bi-weekly analysis of financial segment of business results comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts -Supports the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly Cash Capex and R&M reporting-Manage and create reports to reflect month-end close accruals and quarterly P&L variance analysis -Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks to senior management -Utilize Hyperion to generate reports; Excel, Coupa, Oracle BI, and Apptus-Assist in implementing initiatives related to cost-effectiveness for on-going business and improve efficiencies for demand planning, pricing analysis, customer relations and product management-Work in partnership with operations, purchasing, accounting, corporate finance and FP & A groups to assist in improving business processes for efficiency-Submit, review and approve Purchase Requisitions to ensure appropriate financial coding, budget coverage, and compliance with operations, finance and legal requirements.
