Curiousness to explore new technologies:I worked on a project titled \"Advanced Lie detection\" that predicts if a subject is deceptive based on facial micro-expressions, eye gaze, body language, and speech analysis. My team and I conducted this project for a period of 6 months under the guidance of Prof. Ajay Gupta, Director of Computer Resources at Old Dominion University. In recognition of my efforts, Prof. Gupta offered to admit me as a summer research scholar at his lab.I also undertook various other unique projects like developing a plugin for OSATE IDE that analyzes an AADL model and computes various statistics or building a class scheduling algorithm using AMPL programming language. I built an advanced Information Retrieval system that uses POS tagging to improve a VSM based ranked retrieval system.
