I have 14+ years of experience in Product Management and Software Development. I am a Tech & ML enthusiast. My PM experience spans from large distributed tech platforms at Microsoft to customer facing roles at Amazon to UX heavy systems at Next Education. I have seen and lived a wide array of experiences at large MNCs to mid-size firms to very small start-ups. I have the experience of interacting with a wide variety of customers, listening to them, designing and delivering features that make a difference and presenting in sales meets. I am pretty hands-on with technology and I am quite proficient with Python and Scikit. Especially, I like to work with Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.    Own the Bing Frontend platform. Drive the future vision & planning for Bing Frontend infrastructure, tools & components, CI/CD pipeline that scale to thousands of QPS & millions of queries per month• Own the client connectivity for Bing and Copilot. Handle the vision, plan and priorities for areas relating to CDN connectivity, DNS, Network Error Logging (NEL) and Performance. • Handle the partner engagement for the CDNs: Akamai, AFD and Cloudflare.• Own the graceful degradation of Bing stack (a cross platform initiative) that ensures the survival of Bing stack under heavy load scenarios.• Designed light weight AI/ML models for Bot detection with high precision and recall which can be run in the sub-millisecond range in the online path.• Owned and drove the DDoS mitigation strategies for the Bing stack helping the stack to easily overcome attacks ranging in the order of millions of RPS.• Owned CDN cost reduction strategies for Bing and delivered cost improvements in the order of millions of USD. Created and owned strategies to improve the HTML response size of Bing by ~30%.• Working with Platform and Data science teams across US, China and India to deliver platform improvements related to rendering, detections, query enrichments and routing at scale• Built some interesting prototypes / POCs which received great feedback.
