   Production planning in liaison with the supply chain team to fulfil market requirements. Identify, plan and act proactively wherever the stocks are low and can impact the sales. Manage factory operations (CMUs) to deliver timely market serviceability and quality atminimum cost while maintaining collaborative relations with contract manufacturers. Review the manufacturing plan report for each factory prepared by the units with respect tocapacity utilization and plan adherence; Provide inputs to the plant based on line balancing,machine and labour availability. Ensure timely and accurate budgeting for manufacturing operations in view of production plan;conversion budgets; plant capacity and capability; manpower requirement, expansion budgets,overhead, automation budgets etc. Manage the agreed budget within agreed and approved limit Review production conversion costs, variances and wastages Analyse and identify root causes and implement corrective actions to reduce wastagesthroughout manufacturing value chain Analyse and improve raw material yield Identify key process automation areas and develop solutions liaising with OEMs to improveproductivities and reduce manual operations. Drive strategic cost saving program across the factories through technology interventions, valueengg. Etc. Responsible to manage and deliver the overall product quality across multiple plants througheffective implementation of ITC Quality Management Systems and its requirements. Identify and drive key Product Quality Improvement projects in liaison with Quality assuranceteam and PD Coordinate with the procurement team/ Quality assurance team for connectivity schedules incase of changes in plan/material constraints; In order to ensure production in each factory is asper the production plan. Coordinate with the product development/ Quality assurance and procurement teams for newproduct introduction with on time delivery and with right quality.
