   Hi Folks! I\'m currently working as a system and process manager in IDFC First Bank. I Started my career as an Associate Operation Manager in a Tier B city where I have played a pivotal role in kickstarting the disbursement process of secured and unsecured Retail Products. Setting up my team for loan processing, process/Product training to all stakeholders, closing the Audit query, maintaining the TAT and quality of file process at disbursement were a few of my key activities handled and excelled at work. Having been promoted with a role change, currently I\'m working as a System and Process Manager for the 1.5 year. Here I have been working with a team handling digital projects of making disbursement process paperless. I have been instrumental in kickstarting digital scan based disbursement process for Mortgage products across Pan India locations. Testing new builds mentioned under Jira, reviewing the process written in Epic stories for streamlining disbursement processes are activities carried out on a daily basis. Additionally setting up the processes, maintaining SOP, maintaining login and disbursement checklist, conducting weekly updates on system changes are other key activities done at my end. Here, I\'m looking for growth opportunities where there\'s major learning and scope of improvement as a manager and as a process developer.
