About Nirav Patel
With over 25 years of experience in the retail industry, specifically in c-stores and package stores, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any role. Throughout my career, I have held various positions, including cashier, manager, and owner. I have managed single and multiple locations, and have experience in management, marketing, and property deals. Additionally, I have experience in assisting with the construction of new c-stores.As a founder and owner of multiple tech companies and retail sites, I have leveraged my experience to create a cloud-based POS system for c-stores, providing detailed financial reporting, inventory control and user-friendly interface for cashiers and management. I have also architected, developed and led a 40+ developer team to create a series of microservices for the retail industry, including cloud-based tablet POS, back-office/head-office systems, inventory management, complex promotions, customer loyalty, mobile payment and gateway integration, and fuel pump dispensers integration.I have built strong technology relationships with vendors to integrate innovative solutions with the cloud-based POS system. Today, the POS/BOS solution is operated in over 250+ locations in 15 states and 2+ countries. I am passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the retail industry, and always looking for new opportunities to apply my skills and experience to drive business success.
