Responsible for End-to-end management - initial stage of customer interaction to solution dev and delivery In-depth Technical presentation with respect to the proposed solution. Actively share knowledge & Escalate issues that prevent the production of the design from a time/cost or quality perspective Incumbent Profile Demonstrable Experience: Participation in project/team meetings and technical forums. Proactively update customers and ensure necessary action to maintain availability and customer satisfaction. Providing timely responses to RFI/RFP ensuring a high standard of the response Work closely with the sales team through the entire sales process up until contract sign-off Capturing customer requirements through meetings and producing high level specifications for implementation Completing RFI/RFPs by liaising with key stakeholders/Products Managers/Developers Functional Consultants, proposing solutions/architecture for customers.
